The social event/party on Friday, 19th September, is not included in the fee and costs 65 EUR.
If you wish to attend the social event ”gala dinner” on Friday, 19th September, you can do so via the LOGIN area next month. We will send an email to notify you when this is ready .
Trainees/Postdoc*: To benefit from this reduced registration fee, participants must be Master students, Ph.D. students, MD students or postdocs.

How to Register?

Payment
Payment is possible by credit card. Further details about the payment procedure is available through your personal menu at LOGIN area dropdown menu below your name in this website.
In case you need an Invoice of Payment, don't forget to include your ID and the VAT number of your Institution
Invoice will be sent by e-mail once the payment has been confirmed.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to ebps2025@ual.es and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising committee. If accepted, cancellations will be refunded. No refunds will be provided after 25 July 2025.
Childcare Service
We understand how crucial is to support measures that promote a balance between work and family life, ensuring that parents can fulfill their responsibilities while also thriving in their careers. We are committed to make this possible offering a supportive environment for both personal and professional growth. We will provide a dedicated playroom and open spaces for children of all ages, offering a variety of activities throughout the duration of the EBPS meeting. This space supervised by childcare service will be designed to ensure that children are entertained and engaged, allowing parents to fully participate in the event while their little ones enjoy a fun and safe environment. Some of the activities include group movement games, handcrafts, excursion to the beach, board games and storytelling among others. Moreover, we will offer also a room and open secured space dedicated to babies, those little ones who require special needs are also wellcome. We are extremely grateful to the support of Aelis Farma for its Daycare Initiative, which will cover the costs of onsite childcare for those in need.
