Call for ABSTRACT - POSTER presentation
We encourage all attendees to submit an abstract for a poster presentation. This can be done through your personal EBPS2025 LOGIN area menu in this website; you will need to SIGN IN first to have access for abstract submission, travel award application, registration and payment.
The abstract should be submitted by the presenting author only.
The abstract submission deadline is 31 March 2025.

Please note that payment of your registration fee is required once your proposal has been accepted by the EBPS Executive Committee.
TRAVEL Award
Travel Awards will be given to selected graduate student trainees and postdoctoral research fellows. To be considered for an award, when submitting an abstract through your personal EBPS2025 LOGIN area menu, please provide the following for the evaluation of your request:
1) Current academic position
2) ORCID ID or Reserach ID or Google Scholar
3) A short statement (Max 250 words) that reflects your research and career goals and how attending EBPS might help you reach those goals.
4) A short statement (Max 250 words) describing how you have contributed to research teams, careers of others, and/or communicating science to the public.
Deadline: 31 March 2025.
Selections will be made based on the CV, scientific abstract, and statements of interest. The following information will be used to help determine which travel award is most appropriate for you. Please indicate your future goals/plans below: Obtaining a position in academia, Obtaining a position in pharmaceutical industry, Obtaining a position in government, Obtaining a position in science communication, Other. Priority will be given to attendees that contribute to the mission of EBPS to enhance representation of scientists from minority, marginalized and underrepresented backgrounds. This includes, but is not limited to, consideration of ethnicity, geographic location, gender, and career status. The financial amount of the award may range from 250 – 1000 Euros.We would like to thank Med Associates and Aelis Farma for each sponsoring some of our Travel Awards.
Childcare Service
We understand how crucial is to support measures that promote a balance between work and family life, ensuring that parents can fulfill their responsibilities while also thriving in their careers. We are committed to make this possible offering a supportive environment for both personal and professional growth. We will provide a dedicated playroom and open spaces for children of all ages, offering a variety of activities throughout the duration of the EBPS meeting. This space supervised by childcare service will be designed to ensure that children are entertained and engaged, allowing parents to fully participate in the event while their little ones enjoy a fun and safe environment. Some of the activities include group movement games, handcrafts, excursion to the beach, board games and storytelling among others. Moreover, we will offer also a room and open secured space dedicated to babies, those little ones who require special needs are also wellcome. We are extremely grateful to the support of Aelis Farma for its Daycare Initiative, which will cover the costs of onsite childcare for those in need.

Engage in our Mentor - Mentee Program
EBPS is excited to offer meeting attendees the opportunity to participate in our Mentor-Mentee Program. This will serve as an opportunity for junior investigators and trainees to expand their networks and get to know more senior members of EBPS. There will be both informal and organized events to foster interactions between mentors and mentees.
