POSTER presentation
We are happy to announce that Poster Sessions will have more than 173 participations. Congratulations!
The poster sessions will take place from 13 to 15 pm on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th, September, 2025. Please, check your poster number in the Programme.
Posters should be formatted in PORTRAIT orientation, in A0 size
(A0: Metric: 841 mm x 1189 mm, Imperial (approx.): 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches)
TRAVEL Award
This year we received more than 100 Travel Grant applications. EBPS IDEA Committee have selected 24 awards (20 for poster and 4 for symposium participants) with high diversity of countries (Australia, Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, France, Germany, Iran, Ireland, Nigeria, Spain, UK and USA).

Childcare Service
We understand how crucial is to support measures that promote a balance between work and family life, ensuring that parents can fulfill their responsibilities while also thriving in their careers. We are committed to make this possible offering a supportive environment for both personal and professional growth. We will provide a dedicated playroom and open spaces for children of all ages, offering a variety of activities throughout the duration of the EBPS meeting. This space supervised by childcare service will be designed to ensure that children are entertained and engaged, allowing parents to fully participate in the event while their little ones enjoy a fun and safe environment. Some of the activities include group movement games, handcrafts, excursion to the beach, board games and storytelling among others. Moreover, we will offer also a room and open secured space dedicated to babies, those little ones who require special needs are also wellcome. We are extremely grateful to the support of Aelis Farma for its Daycare Initiative, which will cover the costs of onsite childcare for those in need.

Engage in our Mentor - Mentee Program
EBPS is excited to offer meeting attendees the opportunity to participate in our Mentor-Mentee Program. This will serve as an opportunity for junior investigators and trainees to expand their networks and get to know more senior members of EBPS. There will be both informal and organized events to foster interactions between mentors and mentees. If you would like to participate in this program , we will send an e-mail to confirm your participation as either mentor or mentee.
